With the cabana sitting at the edge of the palm-lined Long Pool, its black-tiled water running almost the full length of the resort toward the Gulf beyond, this is a setting made to be savoured.
The kitchen takes its cue from the setting: sushi and sashimi cut with precision, delicate flavours, each plate composed with artistically precise attention. Modern Japanese and Asian dishes follow the same principle – control over abundance, technique over flourish. Nothing arrives without intention, and nothing overstays its place on the plate.
