Fragrant shisha scents the air, cushions low to the ground, string lights holding back the dark. Each pipe is hand-blown Bohemian glass, shaped like a jellyfish and forged by hand in the Czech Republic – a fruit cocktail glowing at its base under LED light. Small plates of pomelo salad, wagyu, tandoori chicken, and more keep the table full through the evening.
The shisha alone is worth the visit: each one takes an artisan blacksmith and a glassblower days to complete, before it ever reaches a table. What arrives is ceremony – glass, light, and fruit-filled smoke, a quintessential Arabian experience.
