Nasim takes its name from the Arabic for a gentle breeze. The room reflects the landscape it sits within – accents of earthenware and stone, sand tones and cool grey, the occasional glint of brushed copper – while music rooted in Saudi and Arabic tradition is layered from day to night.
The open-kitchen restaurant approaches the menu offering with equal care: dishes shaped through technique and attention to detail, where the quality of an ingredient speaks first.
Breakfast is freshly baked bread and pastries, artisanal charcuterie, seasonal fruit, and à la carte favourites. Lunch is light and exquisite, built around international flavours that indulge without overwhelming. In the evenings, the kitchen becomes an atelier with a series of composed courses. Crafted beverages are thoughtfully paired – from morning coffee and single-origin teas to handcrafted evening libations that refresh and delight.
The Chocolate Room is Nasim’s discreet companion: a bookable private space where single-origin chocolate experiences are presented alongside signature dining.
